La Fuerza del Silencio

He andado entre el desconcierto de la soledad de mi tiempo.
He estado sintiendo el estar solo rodeado de otros seres que seguían también su camino.
He sentido en momentos de mi vida una especie de desconección con todos aquellos que eran parte de mi entorno.
Durante años ha habido una línea invisible entre quienes vivía y mi ser. No me sentía parte de ellos, y tuve que vivir y adaptarme a las circunstancias que me tocaron vivir.
Todo ello me llevó, a valorar la importancia de estar contigo mismo y el silencio. Era, estando en él, cuando me sentía a mí mismo y el alivio del sentido de mi vida. Era el refugio de un ser que vivía en un entorno desfasado a cómo sentía. Era como si la voluntad de toda existencia me hubiera dejado en medio de un “Fuerte Americano” y yo fuese un indio apache. Tengo la imagen de estos juguetes que en su momento los Reyes Magos me trajeron y yo jugué y jugué, haciendo que “los buenos” no fuesen vencidos.
Durante años tuve que vivir abrazado por una energía que no era la mía. Tuve que aceptar, porque no había otra salida, el hecho de convivir con seres que solo transmitían lo recibido por la sociedad y su ambiente familiar adaptado a esta sociedad.
Tuve que buscar un espacio, un refugio para encontrarme conmigo mismo y saber que existía algo que me hacía sentir bien. Este algo era el silencio creado por estar conmigo mismo. Sí, solo estando conmigo sentía el bienestar, porque mi inexperiencia en esta dimensión con mi cuerpo actual no sabía cómo encajarlo para poder ser yo y seguir las pautas adquiridas que todos hacían imperar para mantenerte en el estatus de grupo social. Sentía que quizás no era el mío.
El silencio me ayudó a avanzar por el entendimiento de mi proceso terrenal. Era como una melodía después de escuchar música house o heavy. Todo era sonido fuera de mí sin ningún sentido y coordinación. Notas fuera de lugar que no encajaban con mi partitura. Necesitaba de la batuta de mi ser para recolocar a cada instrumento y nota en su lugar para que la composición fuese música para mi alma. Esta batuta era el silencio y la soledad, porque sin soledad no hay silencio consciente.
Puedes dejar de emitir sonido, pero tus energías continúan desfasadas. Cuando permites que tu ser no oiga nada más que tu melodía interior, entonces es cuando relajas tu cuerpo, tu mente y tu corazón se abre para poder respirar un poco ante tanto ajetreo.
Crecí y llegué a lo que se conoce como edad adulta. Bueno, aquí estoy, pero con un aprendizaje a través de mi voluntad de ser íntegro, honesto y yo mismo ante todo. No fue una decisión que me enseñasen, pero aquel quien yo era me empujaba hacia esta dirección.
¿Dónde poner orden y ver claro la dirección a seguir? Pues estando en el balanceo del silencio, que como una cuna, te mece hasta llegar a un estado de dejadez espiritual y poder ser amado por quienes pertenecen más allá de nuestra realidad y sentir el bienestar que hay en cada uno de nosotros.
El silencio es el estado de escuchar aquello que hay en ti y poder liberar todo lo incluido que no te pertenece por naturaleza. El silencio es la Luz de tu alma, que te susurra amorosamente indicándote la presencia de aquel quien eres. Cuando te dejas invadir por este espacio y estado interior donde nada predomina por encima de lo que hay en ti, entonces sientes como la puerta del sentido de tu existencia se abre de par en par para mostrarte las raíces de las cuales provienes y todo lo que se te ha acumulado de la densidad de tu entorno. ¡Oh, sí! Todo esto aparece y lo percibes de una manera muy clara, sabedor que lo que se manifiesta ante ti es tu situación actual ante la densidad de tu entorno.
El silencio te hace conectar con aquella fuerza que hay en tu interior, e incluso, con tu Familia, tu verdadera Familia.
Estar en silencio es como adentrarte en la cueva de tu empoderamiento y tus capacidades adormecidas o descolocadas debido a la posible identificación con todo lo que te ha rodeado hasta ahora.
Cuando me adentro en él, siento un gran alivio y sosiego que permite relajar mi alma y todo mi cuerpo.
En el silencio Yo Soy.
En el silencio se produce la conexión con quien en verdad soy y guía mi vida.
Es un camino que se abre ante mí, pudiendo sentir la inmensidad de mi ser, aunque a veces, puede llegar a crear una desolación y llanto por cómo está funcionando tu vida. Nada es lo que parece. El silencio es el verdadero espejo de cómo eres en aquel preciso momento. No lo rompas. Siente lo que estés sintiendo y respira. Podrás ver como el vacío que pueda haber en ti se irá apaciguando y la tranquilidad irá apareciendo poco a poco. Continúa respirando y sé un observador de tu interior, de todo lo que sientas y de tus pensamientos recurrentes que puedan hacer presencia en aquellos momentos. Obsérvalos y déjalos ir. No te detengas en ellos o querer saber el por qué han aparecido. Míralos y déjalos ir, porque ellos no pueden contigo. Eres tú quien los ha creado y ahora se manifiestan para que sepas qué es lo que ha sido parte de tu creación en estado de no silencio.
Tu camino hacia a ti, lleva incluido esta herramienta para romper con todo lo establecido y unir aquellas partes de ti que estaban descompuestas u olvidadas. Únelas en este espacio y deja que la sensación de bienestar en ti te abrace y puedas sentir el verdadero ser que eres.
No temas al silencio, amada alma, que estás leyendo estas palabras. Estas van dirigidas a ti. No es porque sí, que las estés leyendo. Tenlas presente y aposenta este pilar en tu vida a partir de ahora. Deja que el silencio sea parte de ti, pero no para alejarte y distanciarte de tu entorno, sino para recordarte aquel quien en verdad eres y lo que has ido acumulando a lo largo de los días o años y no te hacen sentir bien.
El silencio te activa el empoderamiento y pone Luz en tu vida.
¡Sal al campo, a la naturaleza y haz silencio! Observa, escucha y te darás cuenta cómo vas a percibir mucho más la vida que te rodea. Esta vida es el reflejo de la tuya.
Abre la puerta de tu interior y deja que todo fluya.
El silencio puede mostrarte la Verdad del camino que estás siguiendo. Cógele de la mano, porque en verdad, en tu día a día, hay poco que decir, y las palabras pueden no tener sentido para quien las escucha ante ti. Es tu presencia la que se necesita, no tus palabras.
El silencio puede ayudarte en la plena manifestación de tu ser, de aquel quien en verdad eres. Cuando éste se muestra, la majestuosidad de tu presencia invade el lugar y sobran las palabras. Tu compañía es la que se necesita en aquellos momentos.
Deja que el silencio te abrace en los momentos de reconexión. Verás la Luz y las respuestas que puedes llegar a necesitar en tu vida.
